Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, please contact the shop directly and ASAP on 020 8428 1708 should you have any complaints. The shop must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the shop does not rectify this for you then please contact us via the a method on our contact page.
Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Please call 020 8428 1708 to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Farmhouse Pizza Oxhey will refund the total price of any cancelled order to the credit or debit card used to place the order.
